Nonprofit Development Corporation (NDC) provides quality construction and accessibility solutions for residential and commercial customers. We are a licensed home improvement contractor (HIC #PA 095803), fully insured and bonded.

Our Mission

Nonprofit Development Corporation supports individuals, nonprofit organizations, and government entities to obtain technical assistance, affordable space, supported employment, and funding opportunities.

Our purpose is to strengthen our community through property management by offering affordable lease space and general contracting services. We also assist individuals in need of supported employment, provide funding and underwriting to other nonprofits, and award scholarships to individuals whose work benefits the human service sector.

We work to improve communities by taking properties in need of rehabilitation or repairs, restoring them, and utilizing them to assist other nonprofits or individuals in need. As a nonprofit construction company, the money we earn on our work and projects is reinvested in the community and enables us to serve more people and agencies in need.
